Sending invites to developer accounts

App Store Connect and Apple Developer:

Step 1: Once you log in to AppStore Connect (https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login), select Users and Access button.

Step 2: At the top of the Users and Roles page, select the "+" button.

Step 3: Fill out the user information with, First Name: Colin, Last Name: Alcorn, Email: releases@aloompa.com, Roles: Admin. Then select Invite.

A note about Roles: Aloompa requires "Admin" access to successfully build and ship your app. If for some reason you are unable to grant us "Admin" access, we then require "App Manager," "Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles," and the subset of roles under "Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles." If we are only granted a "Developer" we are not able to manage the store listing and those tasks would fall on the client (adding app screens, store listing, etc.) For more information on the difference in roles, read the following guide on Apple's site: Program Roles. Also, note that not granting admin access will extend your timeline 2-4 weeks.

Google Play

Step 1: Log in to http://play.google.com/apps/publish.

Step 2: Under the Developer account tab on the left side of the page, go to the Users & Permissions tab.

Step 3: Select Invite New User

Step 4: Add qa@aloompa.com to the email field.

Step 5: In the dropdown, select Admin

Step 6: Send the invite.

A note about Roles: Aloompa requires "Admin" access to successfully build and ship your app. Please note that with Google Play, Admin level access does not grant us access on the same level as you as the Account Owner. For more information on the difference in roles, read the following guide on the Google Play site: Add developer account users and manage permissions. If you are unable to grant us "Admin" access, we then require View app information (read-only), Edit and delete draft apps, Release to production, exclude devices, and use Play App Signing, Release apps to testing tracks, Manage testing tracks and edit tester lists and Manage store presence. Also, note that not granting admin access will extend your timeline 2-4 weeks.
